RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unopened Products:
• Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Products must be in original, sealed packaging
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Opened Products:
• Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products
• Exception: If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for assistance
Damaged or Defective Products:
• Full refund or replacement, no questions asked
• We cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact our customer service team at info@stiltskin.com within 30 days of purchase
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
4. Ship items back in original packaging with all included materials
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
• We provide prepaid return labels for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Opened skincare products (for health and hygiene reasons)
• Products marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products or digital content
REFUND METHOD
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• If you paid with Shop Pay Installments, refunds will be applied to your remaining balance
EXCHANGES
• We do not offer direct exchanges
• To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
