PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES (United States)
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):
• $8.95 flat rate
• FREE on orders over $250
Express Shipping (2-3 business days):
• $14.95 flat rate
Overnight Shipping (1 business day):
• $24.95 flat rate
• Order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST for same-day processing

• Automatically applied to all orders over $250
• Applies to standard shipping only
• Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
ORDER TRACKING
• Tracking number provided via email once your order ships

• Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date:
• Standard: 5-7 business days
• Express: 2-3 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day
Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we ship to:
• United States (all 50 states)
• Canada
• Select international destinations
International Shipping Details:
• Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
• Delivery time: 7-21 business days
• Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility
• International orders cannot be expedited
PACKAGE PROTECTION
All orders are:
• Carefully packaged to prevent damage
• Shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging
• Protected with temperature-appropriate materials for skincare products
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:
• P.O. Boxes (for expedited shipping)
• Military APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only)
• Certain international destinations
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
• Please contact the carrier directly for lost or stolen packages
• We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
• We cannot redirect packages once shipped
• Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of order placement
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
